Refund Policy

At Spirit Gear Collective, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any products unless the item is damaged or defective. Please read the following carefully to understand our policy:


Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, you may request a replacement or a refund within 30 days of delivery. To begin this process, contact us at info@spiritgearcollective.com with a description of the issue and photos of the item.

We will review your claim and, if approved, provide a return shipping label along with instructions for the return process. You may then choose to receive either a replacement item or a full refund to your original payment method.


Custom Orders

All custom products — including personalized or made-to-order items — are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.


Sale Items and Gift Cards

All sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.


Return Authorization

No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be processed or refunded.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your authorized return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the transaction.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us.


European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without any justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
